If you're a regular listener, you'll know that I love a bit of productivity chat.

It's no secret that I've been caught in the morning routine spiral more than once or twice - I've read the books, I've listened to the podcasts - I've given it a really good bash!

After much trial and error, I've come to a very clear conclusion: a new morning routine is not the thing that will suddenly make me successful.

In this episode, I'm sharing what I've found and what might help you too.

Think about designing your own night-time routine using these three questions:

  • What is going to help my brain slow down?
  • What is going to make this feel like a treat?
  • What will actually help me get more rest?
