Previously, everyone received an email on a Monday that was part of an evergreen email sequence, and an email on a Thursday, promoting the latest episode of this podcast. Great in theory (because I could be very hands off) but as a creator, it wasn’t much fun… and I always think that comes across when people are reading our stuff.
So I decided to put together a new Thursday newsletter that was part online magazine, part personal update, and part round-up of important info. I have to say, it’s been great. Every single week I receive responses to what I send out AND I get a whole bunch of Instagram comments and DMs with people telling me how much they love it.
So what’s the secret to creating a cracking newsletter that converts i.e. is more than just a fun thing?
